Business transformation: shop refurbishment of 90 stores

Full trajectory for the refurbishment of 90 Neckermann Travel shops in Belgium, including the digital transformation. Finetuning CX and workforce experience; blueprint; creative concept development; set-up of pilot stores; roll-out of new concept in 90 shops over 12 months with minimum loss of sales; and installation and reinforcement of new ways of working.

Digital transformation: Installation of 34 fully digitally equipped meeting rooms

In cooperation with IT team, advised SteerCo on most effective and accissible set up of digital meeting rooms. Developed and gave training for proficient use of digital meeting rooms and other digital appliances for the entire staff in order to maximise ROI of digital equipment.

 

Digital transformation: Centralised digital communication in shop windows

In cooperation with IT, marketing and service provider we set up digital screens in shop windows with central message steering. In a second stage, centrally steered geo marketing was applied.
